Question 1994 Lexus SC400
Just starting to work on my SC400. Changed the IAC control and now have a steady idle. New Issue: will not accelerate like usual, seems very sluggish to me. Cat fires up properly, idles properly but cannot get out of it's way. Appreciate the help. Thank you!

Have you pulled codes and/or verified that the CEL bulb is working?

Yeah it is usually the ignition coils on the v8 when it seems to run fine but has lost alot of power, pretty much runs on 4 cylinders when that happens.

Weird, I'm usually the first one suggesting ignition coils for 1UZ problems, but didn't here and it ended up being that.
