Default Keep It Lexus, But Not SC

I plan on possibly leaving this chassis, what are some fun platforms similar to this one? This will be my second car. I have a budget of around 0-$25k, good credit. Id love to keep it V8, I'm a young 'spirited' driver, so I'm currently eyeing the 2008 ISFs. This will be a daily. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Worst comes to worst, Ill keep this and continue replacing the breaking parts of this car. Or sell it and grab something generic like a LS460/LS430.

I found the second generation GS to be similar to the SC but as a sedan. There’s a GS400/430 if you want a V8 and the GS300 if you want a 2JZ-GE. I regret not getting one sooner as it’s really enjoyable to drive.

The IS-F is always a great choice if you want something newer with more power. It’s one of my favorite cars I’ve driven and would be my daily driver if I could afford one. You’d probably be most satisfied with this car.

The 04-06 LS430 is my favorite Lexus sedan. It reminds me of the 90’s Lexus’ like the SC but built much better. It’s extremely comfortable and boring in stock form. I modded mine and it’s much more exciting to drive/look at.

Thank you for the input, this reminds me back when I was randomly cruising at night and saw first a GS430. We were trailing each other for a bit. I did some pulls and was surprised when it pulled off on my SC. Those fast big boats.

I absolutely adore IS-F's. It's the closest Japanese equivalent to something like an E46 M3. Plenty of power, great control, and awesome feedback to the driver. Also comfortable enough to shove four guys in and drive to vegas (ask me how I know). That would be my next step up if I could afford one outside of an LC500, new Supra, RC-F, etc.

Those GS430’s are quick! I’ve never driven one but the SC430 and LS430 felt quick enough.

Another option could be a GS460. They have the V8 from the LS460 and are pretty quick. They’re pretty rare too. The IS-F would be the most fun followed by the V8 GS’.

if you want a coupe you could look into some earlier RC models. There is also that one IS convertible that they made some time ago. I also always loved the 2000ish IS300s. Not sure if there is a V8 version but they come with a 2j. The crown jewel for me is the LC500. Imma get that car once it depreciates a bit but im never gettng rid of my SC thats for sure.

The LC is my realistic dream car.. So much resonates from the SC.
