I have a 1996 sc300
the light for the hand on my speedometer hasn’t worked since i got the car a few months ago while the rest light up red as usual. is there any way to fix the problem myself
If you find a good donor, you can replace the needles yourself. They just pop on and off the gauges. (Be careful to not get finger prints anywhere with the lens cover removed, or they'll drive you nuts later.) Tanin and others can also service them for you and/or send you replacement needles. If you're good with electronics and soldering, there also some write-ups on rebuilding the LED strip yourself.

Thanks for the information, i’ll start looking at pick and pulls and for some donor cars for parts
