Default glove box latch replacement

Hey guys im back with even more questions haah how would i go about replacing the glove box latch on my 97 sc?? I really dont wanna have to take out the hole dash but if it needs to be done LMK evryone thanks guys

Are you talking about the release button and lock that are part of the center vent, or the latch/catch on the glove box itself?

I figured it out I just replaced the wire that attached to the button and BANG done
