Default E brake engaging

I replaced my wheel bearing a while back ever since that rear passenger has never worked but about 2 weeks ago my e brake will engage slightly while driving enough to slug the car, sometimes when I hit my regular brakes the light will come on and when I accelerate it turns off but is still engaged

Sounds like you need to go back and check your work at the wheel end, but if you take the ebrake boot off, there's some adjustability at that end.

Yeah, it sounds like you damaged the parking brake hardware when you changed the wheel bearing. When I swapped my rotors, I bent one of the pins slightly and it made all kinds of issues afterwards until I traced it back.
