Is there such a thing? I brang it to some mechanic and he said that the reason for my rough shifting from 1-2 and 2-3 is cause the clutch pump may be failing so it can't engage/disengage fast enough or fully ... that is why it feels like i hit something before i go into gear. I got my flywheel and clutch replaced recently, i've had this problem before i had the clutch replaced... It just seems like it is getting worse. Also sometimes when i move the shifter left and right it sounds like i hear metal peices hitting each other... Is this normal? Another thing... My car seems to have ate 2 quarts of motor oil... I saw the mechanic pour in 5-6 quarts and the other day my oil light came up and i was below empty.... My car doesn't leak oil.... Not on the floor at least... What could be the cause of this?
