So looks like I'll be needing to replace my throwout bearing soon.. would it be worth it to get a whole new clutch kit along with resurfaced flywheel and new rear main seal?

Yes. The concept is the same as changing out your timing belt. May as well do the seals, water pump, etc.

Believe me, I just did all that work yesterday (rear main, clutch, bearings) and it is not something you'll want to have to do over and over again. Ironically, it is something that I may personally have to do again, since there is now this loud cyclical chirping sound when the tranny is in gear and the throttle is down even just a hair... likely one of the bearings that came with the clutch kit. I should have bought the OEM bearings!

IMO if you're gonna change out the throwout bearing then might as well change out your old clutch for a performance clutch kit and resurface your stock flywheel, that's what i did..as for the rear main seal, sure why not i wish i would've done mines when i changed out my cluctch, it's leaking oil as hell...

I got quoted 1,100 for parts + labor for new clutch flywheel and rear main seal and I'm going to go ahead and say this probably something I won't be able to do myself.

An recommendations for good clutch kits? Planning on NA-T sometime in the future, 300whp range.

I got an Unorthodox Lightweight Flywheel, 8 NIB(bag) OEM flywheel bolts, Throwout and Pilot bearing, RPS Max clutch (430HP) and street disk for sale. I have no problem packing it up for you if you are interested. Its all 100% unused and from MVPMotorsports. I can send you a picture of it all right now as well. (hate the thread jack)
