I've been making decent progress on some of what hopefully will be the final design tweaks. It's taken a lot of trial and error to make improvements to the bezel design while not causing any installation or fitment issues. I'm also still working on material selection. ASA seems the most promising. I've looked into nylon as well, but it doesn't appear easy to create large, aesthetic parts.


I have alignment with the wood trim and passenger airbag almost dialed in. The various mounting points and alignment tabs require very tight tolerances or everything will look out of sorts.
