I have a 93 SC300 with an airbag code 22, done as must testing as possible can't find the problem, anybody have any ideas?

I'll try to attach some info for the SC300/SC400 SRS system. Be careful around those airbags.

 

I was able to clear the code 22, trouble light now off, a possible related problem now the tach & speedo are not working & no lights on in the cluster other than the warning lights when I turn the key on. The power seats & steering wheel controls do not work unless the key is off, once on or running they do not work, these were fine before?
