I'm guessing you said you don't have time? Phil Auldridge has the manuals. I would say you've got quite a project to finish it withing a week if this is what you're trying to do.

Just to sway this thead into different direction. How different is j-spec harness from us-spec? What extra stuff needs to be done? Anyone? I have not gotten Phil's manual so I don't know if he explains anything about the j-spec.

I will most likely have to extend the wires and then...?

Anyone has a detailed diagram?

Chris

DIrEctQL, you already know this, but I have Phils manual and a JDM harness. The pins and colors are almost identical with a few small exceptions. I'll get my harness back later this week and post some pics.

Sorry bro, I do know this.... I am just wondering what those "exceptions" are. I'm over-thinking the whole swap. Mostly because I don't have both Phils manual or the clip yet. It's like a torture. I keep on trying to do the swap in my mind and yet can't do it because of lack of info.

I think if I don't get the one of those things soon I will go bonkers.

Chris

Don''t worry about it man, once you get that clip in and dive in head first, you'll forget all your doubts. Sucks i live down in Florida because i'd help you out since your doing the exact same thing i'm doing. Actually, your lucky to be second, you don't have to make the mistakes i did. I'll get all the updated info and pics on soon.
