Sorry bro, we want a house. If everything works out, I will get a mortgage and a stock SC and do it all over again, this time I won't be able to do it as quickly tho, because I will have to piece a kit together over a period of time ...

I have worked the figures a million ways and the only way I will get a mortgage is if I sell this car. We don't want to sell it, I drive it everyday, but I need to pay off school loans and still have a down payment

Dam, If I wouldn’t have bought my car I would have snatched that bad boy up and saved myself an S-load of work.

Good luck with the sale of the car.

Thanks guys.

To top everything off ... this morning we were rudely awakened by loud knocking on the door and people yelling fire.

So here it is, 7 hours later and we are unable to go into our apartment. We don't believe that there was any damage done to OUR place itself, but half the building is totally messed up. They have determined the building to be non-livable (not sure of the actual term they use), so even when we CAN go in to get our stuff, we still won't be able to live there. Now my eyes are REALLY set on getting a house and getting out of there.

*note 1* Myself, my wife, my 5 month old daughter, and our kitten are perfectly fine and safe.
*note 2* the Lexus was parked safely in the garage with the MR2 about 1/2 block away
*note 3* you all know me well enough, I grabbed the camera on the way out, and I got about 50+ pictures, so when we ARE able to get back inside and I can get back on my computer in there, I will post pictures of what I was able to get (we couldn't get very close of course).

Sorry to hear what happened.

Hope things'll be better for you in the near future.

Good luck with the sale of your car. It's one hell of a ride.

Wow, sounds like you have too much drama in your life right now. Are you ready for things to settle down and work themselves out yet ?

Less than 1 day left in auction, someone please buy my ride. We have been forced out of our home because it is non-livable conditions, so we are staying with parents'-in-law now Help me out, $25,000 is a good deal for this low mileage beast.
