Default RGB Cluster Tutorial

Hey everyone, some of you may know i have a youtube channel of our drift build SC400. I also, as far as i'm aware of, made the only RGB interior a few years back when i had my own SC400. that was a much more intense build because it included all the lighting in the whole interior, climate control, shifter, everything was RGB. In this one it will just be the cluster, maybe the climate control later on because i have one laying around that i'd like to redo. So i'm doing it again and documenting the whole teardown and build of the cluster. i'll be posting the videos here and in my build thread. Hope you guys find this useful.

here's part 2 of the cluster rebuild, the dreaded needles that probably every single SC has had burn out. enjoy the video!

Amazing but DIY?
The skills and tools needed to rebuild needles is beyond most.
Maybe you should do a little side business in rebuilt needles!

tweezers and a soldering iron beyond most? idk it's pretty simple and i think anyone can do it. a lot simpler than changing valve cover gaskets on a 1uz IMO.

Love the needle video! Just one suggestion. You way underestimated the level of pain in the assness of getting the LEDs into the needle. So I suggest that when people do this, clue the LEDs together

Then just snap them into the needle

Sooooooooooooo much easier then trying to get each individual LED in there!
