93 SC 300 electrical issue?

93 SC 300 electrical issue?
I have a 93 Lexus SC300. Having several issues that are all popping up at once. Hoping there is one source issue that is causing all of them. It started when I began to notice a pulsing (also an audible, almost, buzzing sound) when applying the brakes at low speed though sometimes the sound can be heard without applying the brakes. I never hear the sound at high speeds.
My traction and brake light come and go randomly while driving and sometimes while sitting still. My drivers seat controls stopped working randomly and then started to work again a fee days later. Sometimes turning one light on will cause another to dim or another to brighten. Up until today none of these issues had affected the drivability of the car but pulling out of the driveway today the car felt like it almost died as all the electrical seemed to almost die.
My initial thought is a short as my stereo system started flashing a misswiring code. Then I thought maybe a power supply issue so maybe the battery or the alternator. Juat looking for some ideas I guess in terms of where to start. Could a stereo short cause all of this?
