Default SC @ Toyotafest

I didn't take a picture of all the cars at the event (mostly because I was lazy).

Album is here, if any of the owners want the full resolution photos: Flickr Album

Main Sc section

I didn't get a chance to meet the owner, so I have no clue who it belongs to.

Sam's car

Brian's track car

Brian's fresh single turbo conversion. Toyotafest was his 1st time driving the car since assembly

Alvin's 1JZ sc

Kevin's vertex ridge SC

Section 2

Daniel's SC

Nick's SC

Daniel, Ren, and Chris's SC

Ren, Nick, and myself all won a "recognition of outstanding workmanship" award. All 3 of our cars are very similar, so it was kind of funny.

We did a victory photoshoot after the event

I wish we had parked the cars more slanted, so my rear wheel would have been visible

We got kicked out by security before Daniel was able to move his car in to take pics

That is awesome! Great pics and many nice SCs.

I'd be moving to California tomorrow if I won several million dollars.

10 million and you should be pretty comfortable here. Buy a modest 4 bedroom, 3 bath w/ a 2 car garage house near the beach for $1.3 million cash and invest the rest. The returns should be able to cover the fixed cost (around 1.8k a month to cover property taxes, home insurance, and utilities) + whatever your variable cost are (assuming you don't have crazy lifestyle inflation once you're moved here).

It was more like discrimination...

I wish you had stopped by and put my te37sl's on your car.

I ran into Juan's car this morning at the only E85 station by my house. Here is some motivation for you:

A couple more pics I saw on FB that not everyone would have access to.

Cool thanks for sharing. I see my buddies LS430, GX460 and my quicksand taco that surprisingly got a recognition award in your photos. It sucks that my friends GX460 was categorized with all the Lexus F vehicles. I wanted to get a formal intro but didn't get a chance to meet you.

Dude, I wanted to meet you so bad. There was a few SC's that stuck to me, and yours was one of them. Kept looking and asking about the folks in the tent canopy but no one knew who you were. Those 20's fit so nicely. Would've gone that route if I knew it would look that good in person.

I planned on bringing my GX too, but its far from a show car/offroad rig other than aftermarket wheels. Maybe next year.

Seriously, I'm so jealous of your fitment. It's perfect!

Those SSR have been around the block haha they used to be on Demik's ISF and RCF as well as that LS430 at one point. Fitment could be better on the SC since it currently does have spacers on the rears . I had a stupid camber negative offset setup before so it's always fun trying to find wheels to fit the car since front and rear fenders have been pulled. I love the GX platform I was debating on getting one before the taco. If you wanna see more of the GX460 build check out its_jaycee on IG. My buddy has put that rig through some crazy stuff in Big Bear and Moab.

Here's another rig I was trying to get my other friend to bring out to Toyotafest, but I doubt it will ever be seen outside of San Diego. I'll definitely be reaching out for your services in the near future and looking forward to meeting you in person one day.

Thats a sweet rig! Looks like an extensive build! Yeah, I'm not trying to go that far with my GX, really love the stock ride. Unless I get an LX as a family car, then I'd consider building the GX for long travel. Ha!

On a side note, just realized your Taco was the one my dad was drooling over. He's head over heels the sandstone color.
