I was sorting through some 2JZ cylinder head parts, and came across two sets of 2JZ lifter buckets from two different heads. I noticed that one set has two cut-outs where the shims sit, and the other set has one cut out. I googled this and could not find an answer, and was wondering if any of you guys know why or what the pros/cons would be to using one versus the other?
