Hey SC4Canada,
I bought one of those CD's off ebay for my 92 SC400 a while back. Overall its pretty useful. It has alot of technical information do fix just about anything mechanical. I also found it useful and informative on alot of little things I have done to help improve/restore the original condition of the vehicle.
Not sure if you are looking at the same CD that I bought. Mine looks like someone scanned the pages out of the shop manual and burned it onto the CD. Overall it has been very useful.
Think I paid something like $20-25 for it, including shipping.
