Have a 99 SC400 needs a paint tune up. The book says 6q7-- Imperial jade Mica. However I had a 1992 sc300--paint--6M2-royal jade pearl. If i remember correctly the Royal jade pearl contained a light by distinctive pearl or metal flake in the base. What do you recommend and is my memory correct?

I'd go for a respray of the 6Q7 Imperial Jade Mica. That green, when in good condition, is just amazing in sunlight. It's the perfect green IMO. It has metallic green and gold flake in it.

Of the greens offered, Classic Green Pearl is my favorite. That one may be worth looking in to, OP.

Boy am I dumb. Polished my old gal and you are right--The mica flakes really showed up. Will stick with the original color 6Q7.
