Does any one know if the replacement trunk struts that are being sold on Ebay for $ 29.99 or $ 39.99 work with the factory wing. The extra weight has to make it a tougher job unless perhaps they are heavy duty. Or do they simply wear out faster. Thanks any info would be appreciated. By the way there is a great quide for installing thes on intellexual.net.

PS I have a 1992 SC 400 with the wing from a 1997-2000 SC 400. Bought it from SPOILERDEPOT.COM.

 

For that price, might as well get them at rockauto.com for a sure fit.
