Price has varied each time they list a batch or listed as on sale. When I first found them they listed for 399 a set and missed out on them at 367 on sale then next time they were at 376 then next time at 380 which is what I paid. Now I see by what scsexy has posted they're at 350, bit of a craps shoot on price I guess but still a good deal. Price should stabilize once they become mainstream and perhaps for even less I would hope. Buyers market!
I'll have to keep checking... They're never in that store's listings when I look. I don't need them currently, but I'd like to at least be able to add them to my watch list.
Received my NAS arms friday. Quality is good and if I didn't know where they came from I wouldn't be able to tell them from OEM. Into the pile of parts they go ,to be installed during the long cold winter lake Erie loves to dump on us, and back to buying more parts for the old girl!
Without many of these on the road with lots of hours/miles, it's hard to judge the actual quality. Hopefully time will tell that the actual quality is as good as the apparent initial quality. With these coming from a respectable source, I think it seems promising and hope they prove to be quality OEM replacements.
FWIW: Almost 2 weeks (300 miles) in on my install. They are still rock solid.
District of Columbia streets are notorious for being crappy... Obstacles that I have not been successful in avoiding in the past couple weeks: numerous pot holes, wavy road surfaces, man holes above grade, and 1.5' slots cut across the road in ridiculous places.
DC is also notorious for having some of the worst traffic in the country, so a lot of stop and go...
Good to hear. 2 weeks is still much too soon to form any sort of realistic conclusions on long term quality. But hopefully in a few years we hear that they are still doing fine and the 'wearable' pieces (ball joint, bushings) are still hangin' tough!
I am needing a set of the lower control arms and the seller metero1969 said they will not get any more in until 5-7 weeks from today. So, I will continue to look unless there is another way to get these. Anyone that bought the 5 sets from the original post willing to sell (send PM)?
i dont think these will beat the 10-15 years the OEM's last, but IMO if they last for at least 5+ years of commuting/daily driving, I'd be happy with that
