i have a 92 no key with button on side. i was at the junkyard getting an ac compressor off a 94 gs. in the car was the key with the button on it, the small button on the side. so i pulled the door receiver out from the trunk. so now i have a matching set. OEM!! this i think is the only car that has the same receiver as an sc. so why when i swap receivers in my sc and push the button nothing happens. am i wrong to think it would work the early years did not have a transponder.?
