Tilt Steering Wheel
Does anyone know how to fix the Tilt Steering Wheel on a 1996 SC300. My tilt steering wheel will go in and out, but it will not go up and down. Its stuck in the up position and I cannot see the gauges in my dashboard when I am driving.
