1995 SC400 Reading Codes
Hi,
I know about jumping wires on the diagnostic port and reading codes by flashes, but what I would like to know does the ECU store codes, but have the CEL on?
On OBD2, there are codes that do not cause the CEL to come on, but can be read.
Just curious.
