Different Foglight Problem
Hi all, Just bought a '97 SC400 right before the Holidays. Fog lights were not working, common problem I read. Digging into the problem, I found both bulbs blown, so OK I replaced them with the correct H3's. Still nothing, so I checked for power at the connector.....found less than 4 volts with the column switch on.
Has anyone run across this problem? I suspect the relay might be the problem but have no idea where it is. Nothing I've found so far says foglights. Help?
PS: search didn't turn up anything on a '97 that I could find.
