Its a 1999 sc400

Was changing spark plugs and when I went to put the air intake hose back on the throttle body the rubber ring ripped and now wont seal properly.

I have been trying to find somewhere I can order it online but cant seem to find it.

Any help would be appreciated!

The picture and your description sound like two different things to me, so I'm unsure what part to be looking for, but here's most of the related stuff:

Sorry, it was the only picture online I could find.

Its the rubber "ring" that the hose clamp tightens around to connect the air intake tube to the throttle body.

Its kinda unique in the way that the tube slides into the ring and then you put it around the throttle body.

Unfortunately, that rubber ring is not sold separately and is included only with this whole intake unit which is $400+ at the dealer.
