Default What should I do!!!

Hey everyone, I was just wondering what you guys think. I have a pearl white SC and I have the gold package on it right now and I wanna see weather you guys think I should swap it for the black or chrome package.

I've always been a fan of normal chrome badges on the SC/Soarer, IMO black pearl badges only really look good on black SC's... maybe it's just me?

The key is good contrast. Black Pearl looks best on light-colored cars: sandstone beige, millenium silver, pearl white. Chrome and gold looks best on RGB-colored cars: royal sapphire pearl, bordeaux pearl, cinnabar, teal mist, black.

I have a pearl white SC3, and i swapped the gold badges for some chrome ones, and they made a world of difference. GO WITH CHROME (i can't justify paying the ridiculous amount for the black pearl emblems)

Denny -- I thought about shaving the emblems but then I would have to paint the car (or at least the front and back bumpers) so I am going to hold off on that until I get my body kit. But if I do shave the emblems I wanna keep the center L on the back and shave everything else.

MyLexusSC300 --- I found a place that sells the black pearl emblems for $115 for the whole package, and the funny thing is that I would end up paying more for the chrome emblems because the cheapest chrome emblems I found were $120

One note: I am a fan of black chrome emblems, but the color will fade over the years just like gold emblems do.

I know most people will disagree but I've always thought any Lexus looks awesome with pearl white and gold emblems. I see a few pearl white SCs with gold emblems and thought it looks great. I would keep them or freshen them up a bit or get new gold ones. Its really up to you but thats just my take on it. Good luck picking tho. I think black pearl would look nice too but like lex400sc they will fade like the gold. If you're looking for a easy to maintain package the chrome would be better.

JDM chrome is way more stylish than all of the above.

I have a pearl white 400, and I switched to chrome emblems. It just didn't look right due to the pearl making the white look darker; plus I have all chrome wheels too. I switched back to gold emblems. I think the key is wether you have chrome wheels or not. I liked the chrome emblems, but w/ the wheels, the color looked mismatched, and the gold emblems just match the pearl better. But thats just my opinion.

I had the gold emblems on my SC before switching, and i think the chrome looks wayyy better than the gold. I don't really like gold emblems on any color car so that might explain it

the cleanest possibility is:

white: chrome
black: pearl black
maroon: gold OR chrome
green: chrome
blue: chrome
