Strangely, I'm getting a noise only while I press the breaks in reverse, sounds like something is sticking "swoosh" sound. like on a (basket ball court with a shoe sound)
I can see my wheel turn a little while I press the breaks in reverse on the driver side but of course I cant see the passenger side.

I was getting the same sound before my BBK so I know its not the calipers.

checked all the bushings and I don't see anything loose,

any ideas? thanks

 

I'm having a hard time trying to imagine the sound, but the only thing I can think of that would cause a swoosh sound is when the brake fluid is moving. Possibly the master cylinder going bad, and maybe you only notice it in reverse because it is a lower speed and easier to hear?

Something that is worth doing while the car is in the air is retorque the subframe bolts in the front since they become loose and cause weird noises.

 

Possibly caused by the rubbing front brake plate or needing to cleaning greasing the anti-squeal shim.

 

Could it be brake pad glazing? Putting it in reverse changes the wear orientation and can cause squealing noises.

 

found out this is the problem, time for poly, I had to idea, I wonder how long its been like this.... Most likely I will be replacing all the bushing in the front while im at it and drop the rear later on and do solid bushings

The most obvious source of a noise when you hit the brakes in reverse is worn front lower control arm bushings (rear bushing). But, in your initial post you said you checked the bushings and nothing was wrong so I didn't respond to check the LCA rear bushings because of that. It is almost always the source of noise in that situation, so now once again it is confirmed.
