I (Blindly)washed of my motor last week with water and purple power and its been running bad ever since. So I have just changed the valve covers on the 1uz because on of them was blown. I also checked the spark plug well and there's no water in those either. What could be the problem.

 

I would clean/air-blow the distributors and drive enough to burn off any pooled water. Hopefully the problem will go away.
