The June issue of Super Street Magazine has an article about the red drifting Soarer with the Vertex kit. Checkout pages 104 to 110.

 

if you like seeing soarers and sc's in mags- check out this aussie mag called high performance imports- my local book store (like a Barnes and Nobels) carries it and every month there are articles regarding the soarer! there was a sweet widebody blue soarer in the last issue I saw, and there is a guy from the magazines staff that has a 2.5 TT soarer project going on- and every month he talks about it- my favorite ws readin about his trip to Japan where he found some INCREADIBLE deals on stuff that we only dream of buying in the states!!!

 

You guys wanna scan it and post it up? That would be great!

oh cool...i havent seen the mag yet, but its supposed to be featured in a lot of upcoming mags cause of the "drift explosion" haha. anyhow that Ueno's car....hes a driver for the D1drift series. He's ranked number 1 right now i think, but i havent kept up with it for while, but i know hesone of the top drivers out there. One of his best friends is nobuteru taniguchi that drives the red hks s15...Anyhow, Ueno is the owner of vertex, this explaining the body kit =) his vertex catalog has his car plastered all over it heehee. his old school windshield sticker was funny when he has a big *** #1 on it.

DAMN!! i got this issue yesterday and i noticed that those were the exact volk rims i wanted... Well at least i know they look good on the car...

i read the article and the driver/owner replaced the doors with lighter ones. I think they were carbon fiber.
