I have read a few posts here and there about ppl that might be making turbo kits for the sc3. Just wondering about the status on these and who out there is considering / currently making one. I know 95sc300t was considering....
Im sure the market for a cheaper turbo kit would be great

 

There are already various turbokits available for the SC300. If you want cheap, buy the F-Max kit. If that isn't cheap enough, try tuning Hondas instead .

 

F max kit? How much is that?

 

I did not ask if there was a turbo kit.
I asked if somebody else on the forums was making a custom kit.
I read somewhere that 95sc300t was making one for something like $3k, and I was curious as to whether or not it will be avail. soon.
Sorry but IMO Fmax, Toyomoto, etc.. are making a killing @ $5k-6k+
Just because I don't have a Honda doesn't mean I should have to waist my money.

 

There are countless people on this forum that have done custom turbo's for the 300...Do a search...I think GadgetSC has one...

 

Someone over one the Supra forums, i forget his name, was making one for the 2jz-ge. Was going to retail in the 3K range i believe.

 

DaveH is the guy in supraforums. I beleive Bean purchased his manifold.

 

I have a Dave H kit installed on my car already. you can go to supraforums to check out how the kit is going.

i've got a dave h manifold too tho my turbo is spitting oil out the back atm

not sure.... he needs to find a shop out here to do piping for him and stuff... not many places do mandrel bends out here for a good price
