Hey guys i just signed up here cause from what i read you guys know ur s@#$. I have a stock black 92 sc400... and i have no idea where to start trying to do something diff with it. Now the bad thing is i'm in toronto, Canada and the choices here especially for body kits from what i have seen are pretty slim, in terms of people fixing up lexuses. One guy told me even straight out "I don't touch lexuses". The hondas rule up here for some reason. I can't do anything drastic and spend too much casue that much disposable income is just not there... I wanted to know if starting from the wheels and working my way up is the best way to go (i'm a newbie so excuse me if it's a dumb question). I really liked the autocouture supreme wheel or anything of that style that is not too sporty (since it is a lexus) i like it to still look classy and simple but a definite head turner. Do you guys know any good quality wheels that would fit my criteria?... now for a body kit i guess i have to look for after i decide on a wheel design but if u can tell me a good combination and what the damage ($) might be it would be appreciated also. Thanks guy sand this site rocks.
Before you decide on a wheel to buy, check in with our resident experts in the Wheel Forum. They can help steer you in the right direction and maybe lead you to some great deals.
For bodykits, there's a pretty complete list at the FAQ. When you're ready to buy one, just ask if anyone here knows where to get it.
Theres a set of 20 inch Autocuoture Supreme for sale...I believe its 3 grand..brand new...Check it out at the CL marketplace section...Good luck and welcome to the CL...I'm sure it will be everything you expect and more...

I think if you don't state where you're from in the drop down menu, it defaults to Alabama. I've seen several people have Alabama as their location, but that wasn't where they are from. Just a thought.
thanks for those links but i'm having trouble filtering out some of the better quality wheels though.. what companies should i really look at and also when i do go D+3 or maybe D+4 how will my breaks cope??? i'll ask in the wheels section too but just wanted to know what u guys think
