Default Rear bbk

Everyone talks about the front brake upgrade for the sc300/400 so I did the ls400 but can anyone tell me which will fit the rear?

I want a little more power in the rear to balance it out plus my 18s look empty with the tiny little brakes on the sc300

Keep in mind my front cost me 110 for the set plus brakes 33 bucks. I would like to keep the cost down

Find a set of Supra TT rear twin pot calipers and rotors and bolt them up, direct fit after trimming the backing plate. However, they will not be in your price range you got the fronts for. These normally go for $300 + for a used pair plus another $200 for good rotors.
Or you can get the CTS-V Brembro 4 pot rears with custom brackets and ISF rotors for about $500.

This is my set up using ISF rotors.
04-07 CTS-V Brembro 4 pot rears.
06-13 Corvette C6 6 pot fronts.

Just wondering if anyone is using this rear bbk with LS400 front bbk? How does the car feel since the rear rotors are bigger than the fronts? Will the pedal still be firm with this combination?

Does the handbrake drum setup still function properly?
This is one of the areas that no one has mentioned when going rear bbk.
Thanks
Charley

Yes, hand brake works as intended no modifications, the ISF rotors fits perfectly. Only have to remove the backing plate.

Sam I drove my car around for a bit with the CTS rears and LS400 front the pedal feel was much firmer than the TT rears I changed out and the bias was about 50/50. Have you finished the rear brake swap as yet?

Thanks for the info. I have not finished the swap. I sent the calipers off to be powder coated so they will match my front calipers. They should be done with powder coating next week.
