Buying a 98 sc400.
I'd say hold out for a 98+ SC400 that meets your criteria. I bought a 99 blk/blk with 111k from a CL member 4 years ago for $7200. He was in CA and I was in FL. He sent pics, made a vid, and I bought it and had it shipped. I'd say the condition it was in was about 9/10 and I have zero regrets. It now has 145k on it with no issues besides regular maintenance. I'd buy a couple more if i had more garage space and I plan on keeping this one forever.
