Rear Suspension/Performance
After following the advice on the forum,
1. Fixed the climate control with simple fuse replacement
2. Replaced burned out speedo/tach bulbs plus removed tail light indicator bulb which was driving me nutz after installing an aftermarket spoiler.
3. Repaired door handle for $3.11 versus dealer cost of nearly $300 ($78 to diagnose + $106 to order a new door handle assembly + minimum $78 labor to install)
4. Purchased both volumes of the repair manual for $90 bucks versus dealer cost of $300
Now, I’m ready to get at the rear suspension and Has anyone replaced the rear control arm bushings or sway bar? Which one is most likely to correct the rear end wagging at highway speeds? How much are the bushing and how labor is involved to replace them?
It too late now I but noticed in prior owner’s service history, the rear sway bar bushing were lubricated at regular service intervals.
Inexpensive performance upgrades?
1. what is the part number of the SC400 MAS Air Flow sensor?
2. Has anyone replaced the belt driven fan with the Dual Electric fans?
