Default How to "disable" antenna?

I have Bluetooth on all the time and the ugly 6 foot antenna still comes up. Anyways on keeping it down without cutting wires or anything?

Peel back the inside trim in the trunk below the antenna. You will see two plugs in the antenna motor. Unplug them.

Yes; you can unplug the unit in the trunk and the whip antenna will never rise again.

Once in a while I still like to pick up an AM station for a game so instead installed a rocker switch in between the head unit and antenna motor so it stays down until needed.....
