All large poly parts I have seen ship this way and are fine. Thats why we chose poly. :thumb:

Who is going to offer a money back guarantee, then destroy all their products in shipping?

You have a point there. I've only seen pictures of sellers doing this online and I've always wondered about how it doesn't leave any creases.

Don't freak out! lol. Our chemical blend contains a memory agent. Once you heat the part up (be it a paint booth, by the fire place, or out in the sun for a while) the part will form back into shape.

One of our sponsored drivers fit two full kits (350z/240sx) into their nissan CUBE. Now that's something you could only do with a KBD product.

Well, nothing against APtech and there product but my bumper cover just arrived in it's box.
This is how it looked when I pulled it out. Hoping it will form back into place. The front right grill section worries me.

**** Just to update everyone, APTech is right, mine is starting to form back to what it should look like and it's only been out of the box for twenty minutes or so. So nobody panic ***

Shane,
Put it out in the sunlight for a few hours . It will take its correct shape back after a few hours of heat.

I had to the same with my Fujin lip which came all wrapped up in a small box.
