hey guys I know my first post I am looking for sc300 to start a 1jz or 2jz project I came across this car on craigslist but I never seen this color on sc300 or I cant seem to find the paint code any info do you know if this original paint?

 

I dont think that's a jade green, but I'm going to say no

 

Nope, that's not factory, good eye, the original green was much darker than that, compare to my sc in my sig on the right.

 

Have to agree...... Does not look anything like a factory OEM color..... If you ever get to see the car in person, the color code should be on the plaque in the door jam (but then a quick look in the engine bay may reveal the original color....

 

Doesn't look like the OEM color...then again, you an always have a body shop match the paint by a little improvising.

 

Here's the color chart for all years on the Sc 300/400. Ask the owner for a picture, of manufactured label, (inner drivers door) in which has the year/original color code of the Sc. The front bumper/hood/fender are close to the teal mist, but the passenger door to back bumper are different shades.

 

The only option of green for your year is RJP and its much, MUCH darker, almost black, It's in my sig.

 

Yeah that looks like Hulk green. Maybe have the guy snap some pictures of the door jambs and under the hood to see if it matches.
