Are you referring to a belly pan....

I have been building templates out for a splitter and bellypan for my SC....but unfortunately my current driveway will not allow for my SC to be as low with a splitter on it...

I believe one SC owner on the forums who tracks his SC has a full splitter/bellypan/diffuser setup

^^ That's the one.

Many years ago some service guy did a 'C' section to get to the filter. I did patch it up by riveting rubber pieces, but it never looked good. Looks like a loose belly underneath.

The aluminum form looks good, but I am not sold on function/durability. It sure is not a skid plate, so I am concerned about durability.

I'm going to get one just to keep the engine bay cleaner lol,

as far as a skid plate goes. I've never had an issue with breaking anything down there even being super low.

I think this is pretty sweet; I've been thinking about making one of these.
The price is great if you ask me - $125 SHIPPED ... That's more than fair for the looks of the quality.
They should make a full-length version; something to cooperate with a diffuser.

Not the skid plate the problem is mostly for me would be a front splitter....as my steep as my driveway is it would bust it

I like that engine plate though....I think I will get it....

I put one on a few months ago. No problems. Recently purchased the car and the stock splash shield was torn and almost hanging on the ground.

Only for the 400s, in the jzs unless we relocate we are doomed to spill oil from the filter over the subframe lol

The 'C section' I mentioned was done by an idiot to get access to the filter from below. For all the years we have had the SC, I just reach from above and use news paper to absorb the oil and mop up with a rag.

If you DIY the cutout is not needed, but if you go get it serviced then the cut out will make the service easier/quicker.

Check the website. It has description of all the offerings.
