Default sc300 lower control arm torque specs

any one got the lower front control arms torque specs for the 1997 sc300 i found a coupke on the forum but there were different dose it matter about the year? now i cant even find the thread lol not good at these form stuff i guess lol please help also the specs for the tire rods specs would be nice thank you!

just remember to do the final torque on the ground after settling it (you torque it just enough to not come apart when you set it down, not with the wheels in the air which preloads the bushings.
or take it in for an alignment and that will do that on the rack anyways.

now dont take my word for it but a mechanic that specializes in lexus said the SC for the 1998's final torque was (166 LB) factory spec.
