Have any of you experienced tapping or engine noises after an oil change? i bought a 96 sc300 and after changing the oil that had alot of gunk and additives to synthetic 10-30 there is a small tapping not on idle but on accelerations from 1,400RPM and up, im pretty sure its a rod but i may be worrying too much
