1995 Sc400 back fire

I had a tuneup done on my 95 sc400 last weekend its been running like a champ until yesterday. I was driving and all if a sudden it started to stutter and want to die. When I would start it up and give it gas at high rpm it would stutter and backfire. Any ideas?
