Hello everyone. A friend of mine referred me to this site. I figured my SC. I have had her about 2 years and its been a labor of love. The owner before me pretty much ran her into the ground so I have been fixing and building her at the same time.

I still have a long way to go on her. I have been focused on the mechanical so the body and interior are still pretty beat up.

I don't have a whole lot of pictures cuz I don't tend to take selfies while I am turning a wrench. But I will show what I can find.

Just be gentle on me. I know she is still rough.

Yeah I am about $2k into parts fixing her so far.

 

So was it running when you got it? What is your goal in the end?

 

She would start but would run poorly or stall out soon after.

As far as end goal I'm not entirely sure yet. I haven't decided if I want to leave her an ugly duckling and just do a ton of motor work or if I want to go all out on body and interior also.

 

It seems most fait is they get bitten by the bug and end up doing the rest and enjoying fruits of their labor.

 

I will decide eventually. like I said I have been working on her for a couple years now. Just got to get to a point where I am happy with the mechanical then I will go from there.
