Now, those same cars restored are selling for $50,000+ all day long. crazy. maybe we will see the SC make a come back in another 10-15 years. I run a Lexus service facility and I still see a lot of stock SC300 and SC400 come in everyday for routine service. Once they become a little more rare they might become "classic" and go up in value. and a lot of the parts are starting to become discontinued so that might help. Who knows. I like my SC and will keep it for a long time. If it goes up in value, great. if it doesn't, i'm still enjoying it.
Good points! All that matters is that you enjoy the car! Value of it is irrelevant in the end.

Where is your shop at? I live in Hubtingotn Beach but work up in the valley.

At a car show last night, I was chatting it up with an R32 guy, He made some great reflection on why the SC was one of his favorite designs of all time. He pointed out the lines and how they made the car flow. The whole time I was thinking about how much his RHD r32 cost in comparison to what I have. Point being, we have a rare advantage right now with these cars. The price point of them is low enough to go out an buy a beautiful one, yet the collectable point of them has not been reached. The Majority of them have not been 240'd into drift cars, and were expensive enough in the beginning to be somewhat taken care of over the course of theyre lives. I am so happy I have one and am a proud SC owner.

There are Stock Supra TT for sale. Search Autotrader and some other websites. These cars are usually found at car dealerships and they will cost you anywhere from $40k to $80k +

Do you ever have requests from customers to buy someones SC? My moms service adviser always told her he had numerous people who wanted her SC if she ever decided to sell it. I know he had said he had bought other customers Lexus' for himself. I'm sure this is common in the industry.
