Default Steering issues

Hey guys and gals this is the 3rd time Ive taken a wack at this issue I'm having so hoping someone has had a similar experience that can chime in.

So basically my problem is when turning eather while moving or at a stand still my steering wheel will shake and stutter and so will the area on my driver side wheel. Funny thing is is it mainly happens when I turn left and hardly ever does it when turning right. Now when I say it begins shaking I dont mean my motor is idling low and about to shut off but just a vibration coming through my steering wheel and driver tire area.

The things that I have replaced in that area would be the following, Poly LCA Bushings, Aluminum rack bushings, Supra Tockico shocks and springs, replaced power steering pump, replaced steering rack with a lower mileage one, cleaned and flushed Power steering fluid, cleaned the EVO filter screen, burped air out of the system and there are no leaks at all and everything is torqued to spec.

Here is a video of someone having the exact same issue as me you have to turn the volume up to here the vibrating noise.

Let me know what you guys think.
Thanks

I had a real bad shake in my steering wheel after I done my gte swap. Turns out I had hit and kinked one of the metal lines going to the front of the rack. Check those because if they are pinched shut you will get a bad shake.

Also could possibly be the Rack solenoid (EVO solenoid). The filter may be clogged and the rack isn't getting adequate fluid.

I really appreciate all the responses.

However when I replaced the steering rack I did clean the EVO and flushed out the new rack then had the tires rotated and balanced and had an alignment. Also the shaking seems to happen at any speed when turning however not doing any high speed turns and it is most noticable when parking either backing out or just parking normally.
