headrest removal
I am recovering the front seat and can't see how to detach the leather from around the headrest area. Removal of the headrest itself is no problem - it just pops out. It is the two post inserts on the top of the seat and the release button on the side of the headrest that I don't want to break by prying too hard.
How do these come out?

How do these come out?
Got my own answers.
FWIW: The top two plugs can be popped from their tubes by squeezing from below. The side release button is another matter. While it looks like you should be able to squeeze the end of the plastic pin together to release, it wouldn't work for me. I sprayed a little H2O around the hole in the leather and slowly pushed the release button through the leather hole. Everything is good.
Back to complete the job.
