Default Been 6 years....

Since I owned a Lexus. Was on the LS400 forum back in 2006-09. Now I'm in a SC400

My old LS400

My new car 1997 SC400. Picked it up about 2 weeks ago

First day when I got the sc

A week Later I decided to do a DIY Lip. Heres what I used:

Paver Edging from Home Depot and some screws

How it Turned out

How i mounted it

A few days ago I picked up some SC430 wheels and Got my coilovers and spacers in

cx racing coilovers 14k/10k

32mm Spacers

Decided to Install everything on Saturday

Spacers

Coilovers

Rolled the fenders

test fit the wheels

Also Put in a new door lock actuator which was a pain to install

THE OUTCOME... Also went for a wash

Then a quick Shoot

Overall Great car to own and I'm happy to be back in a Lexus! A few more mods coming in the near future. Enjoy

how it currently sits

Great stance, and the lip looks good too. I used something called the EZ Lip, its just stick on rubber except its made specifically for cars. Yours is a great alternative though (and $10 cheaper haha)

Just did 4 lock actuators on a 2008 Denali truck. The first one started failing @ 38k miles Lol I feel your pain on taking apart the door, though. Nice start man

Thanks guys! Sway bar links are still stock. Should I change them?

I've seen the ez lip on sc before and was gonna try it but wanted something that looked more oem. Also the material used on the paver edging is plastic/abs so it feels oem

Painted my taillights but cracked my lens so it was lens less for a few weeks

installed puddle lights

Went lower, 95-96 tail lights, wingless, and Hic roof spoiler

Riding on a buddies Miro wheels. 18x9.5 +34 with 32mm spacer so +2 offset

test fitting a carbonfiber splitter we had laying around

Installed and trimmed
