Default Spoiler gash and scratches

Brought my car to a body shop to pull out a dent and repaint the top of the car. Everything thing went well on the top of the car. But today when I started to wash my car I saw these deep scratches on my cars spoiler. Pictures: http://imgur.com/QSnpiZ3,e2Mu0dF,osJdwId,7VVV1Xz#1
Fingernails do get caught in the smaller scratches.

I called them and they declined it was them. (I should have checked closely when I picked it up. The back end was dirty with water spots of the sanding they had done earlier.)
So what should I do now?

I was thinking to fill in the gash with body filler then sand it down, then apply spot putty, sand that down, spray some sandable primer, sand it down, and finally spray base coat then clear coat.
Do you guys recommend any company that can color match paint in aerosol cans? (Black Onyx 202) This would roughly cost me $70

OR

Should I just take it to an another body shop and get a quote?

This site here has what you need, $20 aint bad considering it's a perfect match and all. Just select color, and click the green "Choose Your Color" bar. Then select Spray Can.

Of course the body shop will decline they did the damage, it's the easiest way out of any problem, deny deny deny. I'd bring it down there and have them look at it, and say "Listen it wasn't like this when I brought it in, and I didn't notice it until I got home"...

If they don't offer to fix it, leave bad reviews on google/yelp and anywhere else.

This is common practice for shady shops. You go in get work done, they damage something else thinking you'll pay them to fix that too. I brought my car in to get a window resealed. On my way home I noticed my windshield had a big scratch in it, right in the drivers line of sight(how convenient). I know for a fact that it wasn't there before, as I drive the car daily. Later looking at the rest of my windows it looked like someone took a key or razor and scratched each window. As if I would get them repaired or replaced too, like I would use that shop again to do the work... What I learned is never bring a dirty car to a repair shop. Get a quick car wash, because if your car's dirty they don't think you care, if it's clean they know you care.

Sounds like your going to fix your spoiler right, most automotive pro paint stores can fill an aerosal spray can for you with your color also.

I dont get how people can do this and deny it, id honestly make the biggest scene and have a fit like a child. people that do this are clearly unproffesional and lack care for what they are doing.
