CEL code read & diagnosed by great technician. Problem is emissions system fuel vapor canister. Part is discontinued and not available- checked US and Japanese sources. Bad canister does not appear to be causing a problem, but I would like to have the check engine system back on line for other codes and problems. Is there a way to bypass the vapor canister issue to restore the overall diagnostic system? Thanks!
