Default Will not Lock.

When I got my car. I found out that the backseat seatbelts will not lock in the buckle part. they will go in fine but will not click and stay. Does anyone know what the problem could be or know how to get to them without taking the backseat out.

Are you matching up the right belt with the matching buckle?

it may sound weird, but i have found dimes and pennies inside. they keep the latch from clicking completely closed.
