What does it sound like?
The clicking sounds like a valve tick.
But what does the other deep base noise sound like? A knock? Am I just hearing things?
Is it safe for me to drive it for an hour to my mechanic?

Close to low, did not have time to change it. unknown mileage on the oil. I have not been driving the car also, just sitting atm.
