95 Sc400 idle and acceleration problem

95 Sc400 idle and acceleration problem

On park it idle loops from 1500 to 2000 and back. On drive the car accelerates by itself. What could be causing this?

im havin the same problem on my 92 sc! They told me it my be my distributor
